How this catalog works
getjl.com is a commercial LED catalog. You request a quote. We confirm pricing, stock, and the documents that apply.
Effective August 27, 2026. These terms cover www.getjl.com. They are not a substitute for a signed purchase order, and they do not restate a product warranty.
The site
JL Lighting Group LLC publishes commercial LED fixtures and James® Class 2 drivers as JL Lighting. You can browse the catalog, download published documents, and ask for a quote.
This is not a storefront. There is no public cart and no online checkout. Drivers are sold by quote.
Explosion-proof fixtures are a sister brand at getjlx.com.
Quotes
A quote request is a request, not an order and not a price you can hold until we confirm it.
Send the fixtures and quantities — or describe the space. A regional account manager comes back with pricing, stock, and submittal documents. Until that reply, treat catalog copy, photographs, and any list prices as description, not an offer.
We can decline a request, correct a mistake, or confirm a different lead time or configuration than the one on the page.
Specifications and documents
Specify from the document published for that model. Spec sheets, LM-79 reports, IES files, and forms live on the product page and at /resources. If a file is not published for a fixture, do not take the number from a similar one. Photographs are not a cut sheet.
Warranties, returns, and accounts
Warranty coverage is the warranty PDF that applies to the product — 5-year or 7-year, as published. This page does not add coverage and does not take it away.
Returns follow the published Return Policy PDF. An RMA uses the published RMA form. Opening an account uses the published Account Setup form.
Using the forms
Send information you are allowed to send. Do not use the quote or newsletter form to spam or probe the site.
Site content
Catalog copy, photographs, spec sheets, and the JL mark are JL Lighting Group LLC’s. You may use a published spec sheet or IES file for submittals, layouts, and takeoffs. James® is a product-family name on drivers — not a substitute for JL Lighting.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, JL Lighting Group LLC is not responsible for decisions made from catalog copy, photographs, or third-party pages. The fixture you buy is the fixture on the order, documented by the published file for that model. Warranty remedies are the ones in that warranty PDF.
Changes
We can update the catalog and these terms. A quote already confirmed in writing follows that confirmation.
